Die Wohnung liegt in der Siedlung Aumatt - in Gehdistanz zum Aareschwumm im Wohlensee, mitten im Grünen mit öV-Anschluss zum HB Bern im 20 Minuten-Takt. Einkaufsmöglichkeit, Busstation und die belebte Siedlung liegen direkt vor der Haustür.
Der Mietpreis beträgt CHF 2550.- exkl. Nebenkosten. Waschküche und Veloraum sind zur Mitbenutzung. Nichtraucherwohnung (Rauchen nur draussen vor dem Haus erlaubt). Wir bevorzugen Personen ohne Hund/Katze. Eine Haftpflichtversicherung ist notwendig.
