Wohnung am Zürichberg zur Miete (01.08.-25.10.26)
Ich vermiete meine Wohnung vom **1. August bis 25. Oktober**, da ich während dieser Zeit in Asien unterwegs bin. Ich werde etwa 2 Wochen früher abreisen, daher bin ich flexibel bezüglich des Ankunftsdatums während dieser Zeit.
Die Wohnung ist perfekt am Kirche Fluntern gelegen und hat alle öffentlichen Verkehrsanbindungen, die Sie benötigen (Tram 8, 10 zum HB, Tram 6, 10 zum Bellevue und Bus 33, 12 zur Hardbrücke). Darüber hinaus befinden sich alle verfügbaren Lebensmittelgeschäfte in einem Radius von 100 Metern (Migros (auch sonntags geöffnet!), Coop, Denner, Spar, PicFresh..).
Mit 61 qm wäre die Wohnung leicht für 2 Personen geeignet, wenn Sie als Paar anreisen, hat ein geräumiges Wohnzimmer und einen Blick auf den Zürichsee (es ist nicht der ganze See, aber es ist schön!:))
Da ich auch gerade erst eingezogen bin, ist die Küche noch etwas im Umbau und es wird sicherlich mindestens einen Frühstückstisch bei Ihrer Ankunft geben! :)
Der Preis enthält alles von der Miete bis hin zu Strom und Highspeed-W-Lan, also keine Sorge um weitere Kosten.
