Nach mehreren schönen Jahren in unserer kleinen Wohnung unter dem Bahnhof in Lausanne müssen wir sie verlassen, da unser erstes Baby kommt. Die Wohnung ist wirklich top, aber wird für uns (fast drei) ein bisschen klein.
Sie liegt im 2. Stock, mit einer schönen Aussicht auf den See und sehr gut besonnt. Sie verfügt auch über einen Keller. Parkplätze sind leicht vor dem Gebäude verfügbar (Macaron B).
Wir möchten eine Wohnung mit 4.5 Zimmern (vorzugsweise) oder 3.5 Zimmern tauschen, mit einer Miete bis zu CHF 3500, in den folgenden Gebieten: Lausanne (1003, 1005, 1006, 1007), Pully Süd oder Lutry Süd.
Umzugsdatum: so bald wie möglich.
