Gleich beim Friedhof Sihlfeld, an ruhiger Lage und dem Schulhaus Aemtler vermieten wir unsere 5.5-Zimmer-Genossenschafts-Wohnung (105m2). Wir gehen 10 Wochen als Familie auf Reisen.
Sie besteht aus einem Büro, Kinderschlafzimmer, Kinderspielzimmer/Gästezimmer, Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer, Wohnküche, 1 Badezimmer mit WC/Badewanne und einem Badezimmer mit WC/Dusche, 2 Balkone.
Wir sind froh, wenn unsere Pflanzen regelmässig gegossen werden (wir hinterlassen eine Anleitung :-)).
Waschküche wird im Keller geteilt und man kann sich zum Kleiderwaschen im Kalender eintragen.
Das Haus hat 5 Parteien, unsere Wohnung belegt einen ganzen Stock.
Keller ist zwar vorhanden aber nicht benutzbar während der Zeit der Untermiete.
Spielplätze, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Zentrumsnähe sind gegeben.
Dachterrasse zur Mitbenützung in der Siedlung vorhanden. Im Innenhof hat es Aufenthaltsmöglichkeiten inkl. kleinem Spielplatz. Veloparkplätze und ein paar wenig Besucher*innenparkplätze sind vorhanden.
