Da ich im Frühling 2026 ins Ausland ziehe, wird mein Zimmer in einer 2er-WG im Kreis 5 frei.
Der Einzug ist im April oder Mai 2026 oder nach Vereinbarung möglich. Da ich zeitlich flexibel bin, kann das genaue Datum gemeinsam festgelegt werden.
Die Wohnung ist 4.5 Zimmer gross und liegt 2 Gehminuten vom Limmatplatz und der Limmat entfernt. Die Tramstation befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe; Hardbrücke und HB erreicht man in 5 Minuten mit dem Tram oder mit dem Velo.
Du würdest mit Kerim (36) zusammenwohnen. Er ist in einem Ingenieurbüro tätig und studiert aktuell nebenbei. Kerim mag es eher gemütlich, ist unkompliziert und schätzt eine entspannte, respektvolle WG-Atmosphäre. Wenn er zuhause ist, verbringt er seine Zeit meist mit Lesen oder Kochen und ist immer für ein tiefsinniges Gespräch zu haben.
Gesucht wird eine zuverlässige und ordentliche Person, die an einem angenehmen Zusammenleben interessiert ist. Ein sorgfältiger und rücksichtsvoller Umgang mit der Wohnung wird geschätzt.
Die Wohnung bietet genügend Platz, um sie mitzugestalten oder eigene Möbelstücke mitzubringen.? Das freiwerdende Zimmer ist ca. 15 m² gross und wird unmöbliert vermietet.
