Ich suche einen Nachmieter für mein Zimmer in einer Erwachsenen-WG beim Haldenbachplatz in Zürich.
Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig (130 m² für 2 Personen) und hell. Das Zimmer ist ca. 18 m² gross und teilweise möbliert (Bett, Bücherschrank, Schreibtisch, Sessel etc.).

Das Einzugsdatum ist relativ flexibel, frühestens 2.04.

Die Wohnung verfügt über ein grosses Wohnzimmer, eine grosszügige Küche, ein Gästezimmer sowie zwei Balkone. Zusätzlich gibt es eine grosse Dachterrasse mit Ausblick über die Stadt. Die Waschküche wird mit den anderen Wohnungen im Haus geteilt.

Die Lage ist sehr zentral: Den Hauptbahnhof erreicht man in etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuss (der Rückweg ist bergauf). Die Tramhaltestelle Haldenbach (Linien 9 und 10) ist nur 2 Minuten entfernt. Direkt im Haus befindet sich ein Café, und viele Geschäfte und Restaurants sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Dennoch ist die Wohnung ruhig gelegen.

Du würdest die Wohnung mit einer berufstätigen Architektin teilen. Das Zusammenleben ist eher ruhig und unkompliziert.
Wichtig ist ein sorgfältiger und sauberer Umgang mit der Wohnung und ein regelmässiges Einkommen.

I am looking for a new tenant for my room in a shared 2-person apartment in a prime location near Haldenbachplatz in Zurich.
The room is approximately 18 m² and partially furnished (bed, bookshelf, desk, armchair, etc.).

The apartment is very spacious (130 m²) and bright. It includes a large living room, a generous kitchen, a guest room, and two balconies. There is also a large rooftop terrace with a view over the city. The laundry room is shared with the other apartments in the building.

The location is very central: Zurich main station can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot (the way back is uphill). The tram stop Haldenbach (lines 9 and 10) is just 2 minutes away. There is a café directly in the building, and many shops and restaurants are nearby. Despite the central location, the area is relatively quiet.

You would share the apartment with a working architect. The atmosphere in the flat is calm and uncomplicated.
It is important that you have a regular income and take good care of the apartment.
