Hey zusammen, ich suche für meine frisch Dachwohnung eine/n passende/n Untermieter/in. Offizieller Mietbeginn ist der 01.04., aber einziehen kannst du entspannt ab dem 06.04. Das Ganze ist erst mal befristet bis zum 30.09., aber es besteht die Chance, dass man verlängern oder den Mietvertrag sogar komplett übernehmen kann.
Die Wohnung ist im obersten Stock (keine Sorge, es gibt einen Lift). Die Küche ist neu und hat eine Spülmaschine, das Bad ist ebenfalls neu und hat eine Wanne. Ein paar Sachen lasse ich dir direkt da, damit du nicht alles schleppen musst: Ein Sofa, eine Kommode und ein Tisch sind schon drin.

**Kurz zur Lage:**



* **Einkaufen:** Aldi, Coop, Denner und Migros sind alle in Gehdistanz.
* **Anbindung:** Die Trams 9, 14 und Bus 31 halten direkt ums Eck.
* In 12 Minuten bist du am HB.

Hey everyone, I'm looking for a subtenant for my attic apartment. The rental starts April 1st, but you can move in from April 6th. It's limited until September 30th for now, but there's a chance you can extend or even take over the contract permanently.
The flat is on the top floor (yes, there's an elevator). The kitchen is new with a dishwasher, and the bathroom is also new and has a tub. I'll leave a few things there for you to use: a sofa, a chest of drawers, and a table.
