WG Zimmer in einer 4.5 Zimmer Wohnung
Wir suchen einen Nachmieter oder eine Nachmieterin für ein schönes Zimmer in Gersau.
Du würdest mit 2 jungen Herren (25 Jahre alt) in einer 3 stöckigen Wohnung leben. Dir bietet unsere 4 1/2 Zimmerwohnung einen auf 3 Stockwerke verteilten Wohnraum. Im EG befindet sich eine Küche, das Wohnzimmer und dein eigenes Bad (gleichzeitig aber auch Gäste WC).
Im 1. OG befindet sich dein Zimmer zusammen mit einem zweiten Bad, welches von deinen Mitbewohnern genutzt wird.
Im 2. OG haben wir unseren Waschraum mit Waschmaschine und Trockner, sowie eine große Dachterrasse. Für Stauraum ist mit einem Dachboden ebenfalls gesorgt.
In den Mietkosten ist ebenfalls ein überdachter Garagenplatz inbegriffen sowie ein Teil des Kellers für zusätzlichen Stauraum.
Zu Fuss ist in 5 Minuten ein Volg erreichbar sowie Busstationen mit guter Anbindung Richtung Brunnen oder Luzern. Auch der schöne Vierwaldstättersee ist zu Fuss schnell erreicht.
Zusätzliche Kosten:
Stromabrechnung alle 3 Monate, beläuft sich etwa auf 300CHF, welche gleichermassen auf alle Mitbewohner verteilt wird.
Hausratsversicherung Internet serafe etc. ca. 100CHF/Monat
einmalig: Mietkaution
Das solltest du mitbringen:
- Ordnung/Sauberkeit.
- Respekt unter den Mitbewohner (Probleme, falls vorhanden :), werden miteinander beredet).
- kein Drogenkonsum (Alkohol ist OK).
