We are letting our flat, fully furnished, for one year (with the possibility of potentially taking over the apartment afterwards).
By arrangement, some furniture (e.g. children’s furniture) can also be removed from the flat.
The flat is well soundproofed.
The move-in date is flexible, around the end of July.

The flat is spread over two floors.
On the lower floor, there is a kitchen and a toilet, including a washing machine and tumble dryer.
On the upper floor, there is a bathroom, a separate room and two further rooms connected by a partition wall.
There is also a bicycle storage room, a room for pushchairs and a large cellar.

Wir vermieten unsere Wohnung möbliert für 1 Jahr (mit Option, die Wohnung vielleicht danach komplett zu übernehmen).
Nach Absprache können einige Möbel (zB Kindermöbel) auch aus der Wohnung genommen werden.
Die Wohnung ist gut lärmisoliert.
Einzugsdatum ist flexibel, +/- Ende Juli.

Die Wohnung ist auf 2. Stockwerke verteilt.
Im unteren Stock hat es die Küche und ein WC inkl Waschmaschiene und Tumbler.
Im oberen Stock hat es ein Badezimmer, ein abgetrenntes Zimmer und zwei weitere Zimmer, die mit Trennwand verbunden sind.
Zudem hat es einen Velokeller, einen Raum für Kinderwagen und einen grossen Keller.
