Die Wohnung verfügt über einen, von zwei Seiten lichtdurchfluteten, grossen Wohn-, Essbereich (36 m²) mit einer modernen, voll ausgestatteten Küche und 2 Terrassen (ca. 16m² nach Westen und ca. 12m² nach Osten). Das Schlafzimmer (ca. 15m²) hat einen eigenen Zugang zur kleinen Terrasse.
Das helle Badezimmer mit Fenster verfügt über eine Badewanne, und ist mit Waschmaschine und Tumbler ausgestattet.
Zur Wohnung gehört ein eigenes Kellerabteil.
Öffentlicher Verkehr: den Bahnhof Embrach-Rorbas (Fahrzeiten der Züge nach: Bülach 4 Minuten, Winterthur 15 Minuten, Zürich-HB 30 Minuten) erreichen Sie zu Fuss in wenigen Minuten. Von dort haben Sie auch direkte Busverbindungen nach Kloten und zum Flughafen.
Haustiere sind grundsätzlich gestattet, bedürfen aber einer schriftlichen Genehmigung der Verwaltung.
