Komm und wohne mit uns in unserer 6,5-Zimmer-Wohnung in Sauvabelin ab dem 1. April!
Wir sind Sol und Noémie, 35 und 38 Jahre alt, und haben ein 8-jähriges Kind, das mit uns in einer Wohngemeinschaft lebt. Wir genießen es, Mahlzeiten, Spieleabende und Bastelarbeiten gemeinsam zu verbringen!
Das Zimmer ist 10,4 m2 groß und kostet 650.- CHF pro Monat. Klein, aber charmant, hat es ein Fenster mit Blick auf den Wald.
Die Wohnung ist 115 m2 groß, hat einen großen Balkon, einen Kamin, um die Winterabende zu wärmen, zwei Badezimmer und insgesamt vier Schlafzimmer. Oben an der Route du Signal gelegen, ist sie ruhig und doch nur 5 Minuten von der Riponne mit dem Fahrrad (bergab) oder 15 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.
Wir haben auch einen Keller, einen Dachboden und eine Garage, um all unsere Sachen zu lagern, sei es ein Fahrrad, Holz für das Feuer oder ein Fondue-Kessel.
Die Waschküche ist kostenlos und steht das ganze Woche über zur Verfügung.
Die Rahmenbedingungen und Regeln für unser gemeinsames Leben werden wir gemeinsam besprechen, um unser kollektives Leben fröhlich zu organisieren! :)
