Das Zimmer ist ca17m2 gross hat einen Einbauschrank, Parkettboden und Morgensonne.
Es ist eine gemütliche Wohnung, sie hat 2 kleine Balkone wobei man aus dem 4. Stock eine gute Aussicht hat. Es hat eine kleine Küche, Wohnzimmer mit Esstisch, Couch und Abendsonne. Im Keller haben wir ein eigenes Abteil und eine Waschküche die wir uns teilen( mit einschreiben, sehr unkompliziert). Die Lage ist super zentral, man hat gute Verbindungen, ob ÖV oder Velo man ist schnell in der Stadt, am Bahnhof oder an/in der Aare.

Mietzins: 780.- inkl. NK

Mein Name ist Nico, ich bin 33 Jahre alt, bin ein ruhiger Typ, schätze es zu lesen und spiele Gitarre.

I’m looking for a calm and relaxed person to sublet a room in my flat. Weekly commuters are also welcome to apply!

The room is approximately 17m², with a built-in wardrobe, parquet flooring, and morning sunlight.
The apartment is cozy, featuring two small balconies with great views from the 4th floor. There's a small kitchen, a living room with a dining table, a couch, and evening sunlight.
In the basement, we have a private storage unit and a shared laundry room (managed via a simple sign-up system, very easygoing).
The location is super central, with excellent public transport connections. Whether by bike or bus, you can quickly reach the city, the train station, or the Aare river.

Rent: 780 CHF (including utilities).
