Penthouse in Plainpalais (room to rent from April)

A lovely room is looking for a new occupant in the heart of Geneva!

Available from April 1st due to the departure of one of our flatmates. This beautiful house counts on a roomy living room, kitchen, two bathrooms (shower + bathtub), two capacious terraces with bbq and wondrous sights, and four private rooms for you and your three new charming flatmates. They are all young professionals aged 26-30:

* Giamma and Federico: two cheerful Italians who work at P&G. Big fans of all kinds of sports, you will often see them watching a match/race if not playing some padel or hanging out

* Violaine: our sporty frenchie is an adept marathon runner! She works in finance and on top of that is an amazing cook

The rental of 1280 CHF would include not only the rent itself, but also the water, heating, and téléréseau. Nonetheless, the weekly cleaning of the flat (50.-) and your share of the internet bill (10.-) need to be added as well. Regarding the deposit, we have FirstCaution take care of it every year, and the reminder of this year (Apr-Dec) is 137 CHF.

Lastly, the apartment is rented completely empty, aside from embedded furniture and appliances. The approach we follow is that everything bought for the apartment is split four ways, and your share is sold to the next person when you leave. I am still calculating the exact amount and will update here as soon as I get the final amount.
