Die Wohnung wurde renoviert:

schöne, eingerichtete Küche mit Geschirrspüler
WC mit Dusche, Waschbecken und Fenster
geräumiges Wohnzimmer mit bewohnbarem Balkon
helles, geräumiges Schlafzimmer
bewohnbarer Balkon.
Die Miete beträgt CHF 1070.-, inklusive Nebenkosten und Keller. Zusätzlich wird ein Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage für CHF 100.- angeboten. Es gibt auch Außenparkplätze für CHF 60.-.
Die Wohnung ist bewohnt, aber der Mieter zieht um. Das Einzugsdatum ist zu vereinbaren, gegen den 25. März (Vertragsablauf am 1. Oktober 2026). Wenn keine Kündigung bis zum 30. Juli erfolgt, verlängert sich der Vertrag automatisch um ein Jahr.
Gegen einen geringen Aufpreis können die Lampen in der gesamten Wohnung, ein rotes 2-Sitzer-IKEA-Sofa, ein hoher Schrank mit Vitrine, ideal für Bücher, und ein robuster Tisch für das Wohnzimmer zurückgelassen werden. Eventuell auch ein doppeltes Hochbett mit 2 Matratzen.
Die Eigentümer des Hauses verlangen ein gültiges UEF-Zertifikat als Nachweis der Solvenz oder für Studenten die Bestätigung eines Garanten, der die Miete zahlt. Wenn Sie berufstätig sind, benötigen Sie eine Kopie Ihres Gehalts der letzten 3 Monate.
