Wir suchen per 1. Juli oder nach Vereinbarung eine/n neue/n Nachmieter/in für unsere schöne 3.5 Zimmer-Wohnung in Affoltern am Albis.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 2. OG, kein Lift vorhanden.
Eine offene Küche mit Geschirrspüler, zwei Schlafzimmer, zwei Badezimmer (einmal mit WC, Lavabo und Dusche, einmal en-suite mit WC, Lavabo und Badewanne), ein grosser Balkon.
Es gibt eine Waschküche zur unkomplizierten Mitbenützung, bei Bedarf wäre jedoch ein Waschmaschinenanschluss im Badezimmer vorhanden.
Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig und lichtdurchflutet. Ausserdem gehört noch ein Kellerabteil dazu.
Haustiere sind nach vorheriger Absprache mit der Verwaltung ebenfalls erlaubt.
Die Bushaltestelle Blitzgbach ist nur wenige Meter entfernt. (Linie 200 Richtung Affoltern Bahnhof oder Zürich Enge)
Mietzins inkl. Nebenkosten: 2165.00 CHF.
Auf Wunsch dürfen ebenfalls einige Möbel übernommen werden, müssen jedoch nicht.
