Wohnung mit viel Sonneneinstrahlung für 1 Person
- zusammenzug mit Partner, sonst würde ich hier auf keinen Fall ausziehen wollen. Super schöne Wohnung und Lage. Alles mega toll.
- Tolle Nachbarn, Vermieter und Hauswart.
- Viel Sonneneinstrahlung
- Der Boden ist zum Teil schräg (Gefühl ein bisschen wie auf einem Schiff :-) man gewöhnt sich daran
- Tendenziell Wohnung für 1 Person geeignet
- Kellerabteil eher klein
- auf dem Balkon hat es ein „Reduit“
- Albrechtli Bar & Bistro in der Nähe… Mittendrin statt nur dabei :-)
Türen dämmen Lärm schon gut… aber trotzdem… man sollte aus meiner Sicht das Nacht-/Leben in der Altstadt schon toll finden oder mindestens tollerieren wenn man in diese Wohnung einzieht :-)
