In einer ruhigen Nachbarschaft gelegen, ist das Appartement nahe an Parks und Grünflächen, ideal für Joggen oder Spaziergänge. Die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sind auch sehr günstig: die nahegelegene Tramhaltestelle bietet direkte Verbindungen zu Bellevue und Zürich Hauptbahnhof in nur wenigen Minuten.
