Zur Wohnung gehört ein kleiner Balkon und ein Innenhof, welche zum Verweilen einladen. Vom Balkon aus besteht eine schöne Aussicht auf den Pilatus und die Rigi.
Die Waschküche (Waschmaschine und Tumbler) teilst du mit anderen Mieter:innen im Haus.
Im Innenhof gibt es einen Veloparkplatz. Für Autos stehen öffentliche Parkplätze (blaue Zone; Parkkarte bei der Stadt Luzern) zur Verfügung.
Umgebung:
Der Bahnhof Luzern ist zu Fuss in 5-7 Minuten erreichbar.
See, Gastgewerbe wie z.B. Neubad ist in 5 Minuten erreichbar.
Veloverleih und Busstation in unmittelbarer Nähe in ca. 1 Minute.
Ich bin Salome (31, Sozialarbeiterin) und verreise für 2 Monate.
