Diese moderne 7-Zimmer-Wohnung (inklusive vier Schlafzimmer und zwei Badezimmer) liegt im 16. Stock eines Neubaus, nur wenige Minuten vom Stettbach Bahnhof entfernt. Die Lage ist top: nur 2 Gehminuten zur Lidl , 5 Gehminuten zum Bahnhof und ca. 8 Minuten mit dem Zug zum Zürich HB. Ruhige Gegend, aber super angebunden!

Insgesamt vier Schlafzimmer. Die Mitbewohner sind freundlich, respektvoll und schätzen ihren Freiraum, aber machen gerne mal Spielabende oder Filmabende zusammen. Die Atmosphäre ist sauber, entspannt und gesellig auf unaufdringliche Weise.

Jedes Zimmer hat einen eigenen Kühlschrank, kein Teilen nötig, ein grosser Pluspunkt für Komfort und Privatsphäre. Die Wohnung bietet zudem zwei Gemeinschaftsbäder , eine grosse Küche , Wohnzimmer und eigene Waschmaschine sowie Trockner , die jederzeit genutzt werden können.

Der Mietvertrag kann ab Juni übernommen werden und läuft bis Ende September, mit Option zur Verlängerung. Ideal für eine ordentliche, höfliche Person, die einen freundlichen Platz nahe ÖV und Geschäften sucht!

This modern 7-room apartment (including four bedrooms and two bathrooms) is located on the 16th floor of a new building, just a short walk from Stettbach station. The location is super convenient: only 2 minutes to Lidl , 5 minutes to the train station , and about 8 minutes by train to Zürich Main Station. The area is calm yet perfectly connected to the city.

The flat has four bedrooms in total. The other flatmates are friendly, respectful, and appreciate their own space, but also enjoy occasional game or movie nights together. The atmosphere is clean, relaxed, and sociable in a considerate way.

Each room comes with its own private fridge, no need to share, which is a big plus for comfort and personal space. The apartment also includes two shared bathrooms , a spacious kitchen , a living room, and its own washing machine and dryer , available for use anytime.
