Wir geben unser wunderschönes 2,5-Zimmer-Duplex-Apartment (unmöbliert) in Aven auf den Höhen von Conthey mit einer Fläche von 66 m² ab.
Dieses Objekt besteht aus einem Schlafzimmer, einem Badezimmer mit Dusche und Waschmaschine. Es verfügt auch über eine schöne offene Küche, die auf einen hellen Wohnbereich führt, und im Erdgeschoss über einen Raum mit einem kleinen Abstellraum unter der Treppe. Es profitiert auch von einer kleinen Außenterrasse.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im ersten Stock eines Dorfhauses mit einem separaten Eingang und einem gemeinsamen Flur.
Die Miete beträgt Fr. 1'200.00 pro Monat + Fr. 50.00 Vorauszahlung für Nebenkosten. Die Parkplätze sind kommunal, aber es besteht die Möglichkeit, ein Parkticket bei der Gemeinde zum Preis von Fr. 300.00 pro Jahr zu erhalten.
Nur eine Katze ist in der Wohnung erlaubt.
