Hallo zame,
Ich habe gerade die Wohnung meiner Träume gefunden: eine wunderschöne, ganz neue 3,5-Zimmer-Wohnung, nur 2 Minuten von der Kirche entfernt. Mein neues Zuhause! Ich lebe und arbeite das ganze Jahr über in Saas-Fee. Es ist ein brandneues Gebäude und ich werde die allererste Mieterin dieser Erdgeschosswohnung mit kleinem Garten und Terrasse sein.
Die Wohnung verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmer, 2 Badezimmer (Eines mit Dusche und eines mit Badewanne) und einen großen Wohnbereich mit offener Küche und Wohnzimmer sowie einen Keller + ein Skidepot direkt an der Piste. Besichtigung auf Anfrage möglich.
Ich suche eine Mitbewohnerin, langfristig oder saisonal, ab dem 5. Juni, um dieses kleine Juwel mit mir zu teilen. Preis: CHF 1240 alles inklusive ( Serafe, WLAN, Hausratversicherung, Möbliertes Zimmer, Waschmaschine)
