Die monatliche Miete für die Wohnung beträgt CHF 1158, einschließlich Nebenkosten/Wasser; ausgenommen sind Strom (Vertrag mit der Azienda Elettrica Massagno zu abschließen) und Internet (die Wohnung ist für Glasfaserkabel vorbereitet).
Für die Mieter steht eine Waschküche mit Zeitschaltung und bezahlbarer Karte zur Verfügung; derzeit ist der Montagnachmittag für die Wohnung reserviert.
Jede Wohnung hat eine Kellerabteilung im Atomschutzbunker des Gebäudes.
Optional, aber nicht obligatorisch, kann ein offener Parkplatz für CHF 85 zusätzlich pro Monat gemietet werden.
