Das Zimmer ist Teil einer charmanten 2- Zimmer- Altbauwohnung in Muttenz.
Ruhige Wohngegend, Migros, Coop und Post in 5 min zu Fuss erreichbar; Tramhaltestelle nur 200 m entfernt.
Ich bin weiblich, 62 Jahre alt und oft längere Zeit (mehrere Wochen) nicht vor Ort. Daher suche ich eine verantwortungsvolle, ruhige Mitbewohner/in , die sorgsam mit der Wohnung umgeht. Nur für Nichtraucher geeignet.
Mietdauer ist flexibel, mindestens aber bis 30.07.2026.
Da es sich um eine Zwischenvermietung handelt, ist es leider nicht möglich, sich auf diese Adresse behördlich anzumelden.
Die Miete (640 CHF/Monat) ist icl Heizung, Wasser, Gas und Internet.
