I am subletting my cozy and spacious 1-room apartment (41 m²) in Zurich-Oerlikon while I am away traveling.
Ideally, I am looking for someone for three months starting at the beginning of May, but I am flexible a slightly shorter or longer stay is also possible!

Two small balconies + a private seating area in the garden.
Prime Location: 7-minute walk to Oerlikon station. Right next to Coop, Migros, various restaurants, and the Käferberg (perfect for running, walking, and offering the best views over Zurich).
Fully Furnished: 140×200 cm bed, large desk, 65-inch TV, and PS4 (including Prime Video & Sky).
High-speed Wi-Fi included.
Mobile air conditioning unit available.
Bathroom with shower (no bathtub).
Plenty of Space: I will store my clothes and personal belongings in the cellar, so you will have completely empty wardrobes.
Shared laundry room in the building.
Rental Details:
Period: April 29, 2026 July 31, 2026 (full period preferred, but dates are flexible).
Rent: 1,640 CHF per month all-inclusive (heating, electricity, internet).
