Nach Vereinbarung vermieten wir in einem ruhigen St. Galler Wohnquartier nähe Bürgerspital eine helle, freundliche 3.5-Zimmer-Maisonettewohnung mit guter Raumaufteilung. Wir haben zurzeit keine Angaben zur m2 Wohnfläche.
In der ganzen Wohnung wurde Parkett verlegt, in den Nasszellen Plattenböden.
Im unteren Stockwerk befindet sich die offene Küche, ein grosser offener Raum, welcher als Esszimmer genutzt werden kann sowie ein separates WC.
Im oberen Stockwerk gibt es einen grosszügig geschnittenen Raum mit Sichtbälken, das Badezimmer mit Dusche sowie ein abgeschlossenes Schlafzimmer.
Vom oberen Raum kommt man via Dachausstieg auf die grosse Dachterrasse, welche zur ausschliesslichen Nutzung zur Verfügung steht.
Die Busstation Kantonsspital liegt ca. 3 Gehminuten entfernt. Die Innenstadt und den Bahnhof erreichen Sie in ca. 10 Busminuten.
