Wg Zimmern in gemütlicher Lage
Wir vermieten ein Zimmer in unserem schönen 8-Zimmer-Haus und suchen eine vierte Person für unsere gemütliche, ruhige WG.
Wir sind aktuell zwischen 26 und 30 Jahre alt und wünschen uns idealerweise einen neuen Mitbewohner oder eine Mitbewohnerin zwischen ca. 24 und 35 Jahren.
Wir wohnen seit 4 Jahren zusammen und teilen uns ein grosses Kleiderzimmer funktioniert bei uns tipptopp. Dazu haben wir eine eigene Waschküche für uns vier, eine grosse schöne Küche, einen mega Garten und sogar noch einen freien Parkplatz, falls du ein Auto hast.
Bei uns wohnen ausserdem zwei Katzen und ca. 80 Fische
Uns ist wichtig, dass sich alle wohlfühlen und dass das Haus sauber bleibt. Wenn mal was rumsteht, spricht man das bei uns einfach offen an. Geputzt wird über eine Putz-App mit Aufgaben und Punktesystem Ziel ist, dass am Ende des Tages alles erledigt ist.
Miete:
CHF 1410. pro Monat
Inklusive Nebenkosten (Wasser, Strom, TV / bei uns Netflix) sowie Möblierungskosten.
