Wir vermieten unsere schöne 3-Zimmer-Wohnung (85 m²) im beliebten Bachlettenquartier (direkt beim Zoo) vom 10. Oktober bis 25. Dezember 2026 zur Untermiete. Kürzere Zeiträume sind nach Absprache ebenfalls möglich.
Die Miete beträgt 1’800.– CHF pro Monat, inkl. Nebenkosten, Strom, WLAN und Swisscom TV.
Zur Wohnung: Grosszügige, helle 3-Zimmer-Wohnung mit Balkon, eigener Waschmaschine und Tumbler in der Wohnung. Sie ist voll möbliert und besteht aus einem Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer, Büro / Gästezimmer, Bad und Küche. Somit ist sie ideal für eine Einzelperson, ein Paar oder als 2er WG (Schlafsofa im Büro vorhanden).
Vermietet wird die Wohnung nur an Nichtraucher:innen ohne Haustiere. Uns ist ein sorgfältiger und respektvoller Umgang mit der Wohnung und der Einrichtung sehr wichtig, da wir uns hier sehr wohl fühlen.
