Je cherche un(e) étudiant(e) pour reprendre immédiatement ma chambre chez APARTIS, dans ce super appartement situé à la route Wilhelm-Kaiser, dans le quartier de Pérolles, au plus tard pour le 15 avril.
Lappartement se trouve au 1er étage, dispose dune buanderie/séchoir et est à seulement 4 minutes à pied dun Denner, de larrêt de bus Fribourg Industrie ainsi que des différents bâtiments universitaires situés à Pérolles.
La colocation est composée de trois autres étudiantes super sympas et discrètes. Nous partageons deux salles de bain, la cuisine ainsi que le balcon visible sur les photos.
La chambre est la plus grande en termes de surface et bénéficie de beaucoup de lumière naturelle. Le loyer est de 520 CHF, hors charges. Les factures délectricité sont calculées séparément pour chaque colocataire et envoyées par e-mail tous les trois mois par Egroup.

I am looking for a student to take over my room immediately at APARTIS in this great apartment located on Wilhelm-Kaiser Road, in the Pérolles district, no later than April 15.
The apartment is on the first floor, has a laundry/drying room, and is only a 4-minute walk from a Denner supermarket, the Fribourg Industrie bus stop, and the various university buildings located in Pérolles.
You would be sharing the flat with three very friendly and discreet female students. We share two bathrooms, the kitchen, and the balcony shown in the photos.
The room is the largest in terms of size and benefits from plenty of natural light. The rent is 520 CHF, excluding utilities. Electricity bills are calculated separately for each roommate and are sent by email every three months by Egroup 041 11 105 79 014 642 87 6d .
