Ich biete ein WG Zimmer (21qm - Zimmer umd Bad 6.5 qm) an. Das Zimmer ist unmöbiliert, einen Kleiderschrank und 2 Regale sind vorhanden. Wichtig ist mir Ehrlichkeit, Vertrauen, Respekt und einen Sinn für Ordnung. Auserdem solltest du tierlieb sein, denn hier wohnt auch meine Katze Daisy.
Die 3.5 Zimmerwohnung liegt im EG (100 qm) ist hell und modern. Sie verfügt über eine 26 qm grosse Terrasse, auf der man die schönen Tage des Jahres geniessen kann. Weiterhin gehört zu der Wohnung ein 20 qm grosser Disporaum mit eigener Waschmaschine. Ein Gemeinschaftstumpler steht auch zur Verfügung.
Der Bahnhof ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt und es fährt stündlich ein Direktzug nach Zürich.
Dottikon hat alles was man so zum Leben braucht und die Autobahn ist in 4 km schnell erreichbar.
Genialerweise bist du Vegi oder Veganer, denn hier wird kein Fleisch zubereitet. Ausserhalb kannst du natürlich machen, was du willst
Wochenaufenthalter sind natürlich auch herzlich Willkommen.
Der Preis ist ink. Nebenkosten. Tiefgarage kann, wenn frei, für 110 sfr angemietet werden.
Das Zimmer ist ab 01.04.26 oder nach Vereinbahrung verfügbar.
