Die Zimmer werden regelmässig von der Hauswartin gereinigt und die Bettwäsche (falls Sie unsere verwenden) wird gewechselt und gewaschen.
Mietzins pro Monat inkl. Nebenkosten liegt bei CHF 770.00 bis 830.00
(Mietzins hängt vom Ausbaustandard und Grösse des Zimmers ab).
Drei Monatsmieten müssen als Sicherheit in Form eines Mieterkautionskontos hinterlegt werden (keine Kautionsversicherung).
Eine Besichtigung ist ohne Voranmeldung von Montag - Freitag von 09.00h - 11.00 sowie 14:00 - 16.00 Uhr möglich. Klingeln Sie dazu einfach bei der Sonnerie-Taste mit der Beschriftung "Hauswart" am Haupteingang der Luisenstrasse 31 in 8005 Zürich.
Man wird Ihnen gerne die Zimmer zeigen und Ihnen die entsprechenden Informationen dazu geben. Sollten Sie danach Interesse haben, erhalten Sie ein Anmeldeformular, um sich anzumelden.
Die Zimmer werden ausschliesslich an arbeitstätige oder studierende Personen vermietet (geringe Chancen für Sozialbezüger).
