Hallo! Ich biete meine 2-Zimmer-Wohnung in der Altstadt Kreis 1 zum Tausch an. Die Wohnung liegt 2 Gehminuten vom Lindenhof entfernt und liegt ruhig in einer kleinen Gasse. Sie ist modern ausgestattet, gut belichtet und es gibt Blick direkt auf die Limmat. Sie ist ca. 55-60 m² groß und kostet 2400 CHF (+200 CHF Nebenkosten) im Monat. Das Schlafzimmer ist zu einem kleinen Hof ausgerichtet, das Wohnzimmer zur Limmat.
Suche im Gegenzug eine größere Wohnung mit mindestens 3 Zimmern und mindestens 70 m² in Zürich (Wipkingen, Höngg, Unterstrass) maximal 3000 CHF Miete (warm). Wir können gerne mehr Details austauschen. Freue mich darauf, von dir zu hören und eventuell einen idealen Wohnungstausch zu starten!
