Für meine Wohnung suche ich einen zuverlässigen Untermieter für den Zeitraum vom 1.09.2026 bis 1.12.2026.
Der Mietzins beträgt CHF 1'780. pro Monat inkl. Nebenkosten.Inbegriffen sind Highspeed-WLAN, TV-Abonnement, eigene Waschmaschine und eigener Tumbler sowie sämtliche Geräte von Miele. Geschirr und komplette Küchenausstattung dürfen selbstverständlich mitbenutzt werden.
Die Wohnung ist vollständig möbliert und ideal für eine Einzelperson auf Zeit.
Wichtig sind mir Zuverlässigkeit und ein sorgfältiger Umgang mit der Einrichtung.
