Ich suche eine/n Mitbewohner/in für eine schöne 3.5-Zimmer-Dachwohnung (ca. 80 m²) im Breitenrain in Bern.
Das Zimmer für die/den Mitbewohner/in ist ca.16 m² gross (unmöbiliert). Das Wohnzimmer mit Essbereich, die Küche sowie das Badezimmer/WC werden gemeinsam genutzt (mobiliert).
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral und dennoch ruhig. Nur 5 Gehminuten vom Zytglogge entfernt. Die nächste Tramhaltestelle ist Viktoriaplatz (Tram 9 und Bus 10). Die Bushaltestelle für den Bus 20 ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Der Bahnhof ist in 15-20 Gehminuten erreichbar.
Die Nachbarn sind freundlich und respektvoll. Da im Haus viele Familien mit kleinen Kindern wohnen, ist es mir wichtig, dass keine lauten Partys oder störender Lärm stattfinden. Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt.
Ich selbst bin in der Regel nur von Montagabend bis Donnerstagmorgen zu Hause, daher hättest Du die Wohnung übers Wochenende meistens für Dich.
Die Miete beträgt 950 CHF pro Monat (inkl. Nebenkosten). Wasser- Strom- und weitere Verbrauchskosten sowie Glühbirnen und andere Dinge des täglichen Bedarfs werden separat und anteilsmässig verrechnet. Einzug ist nach Vereinbarung möglich. Die Mindestmietdauer beträgt 6 Monate.
