Sehr ruhiges Gebäude, da die Verwaltung eine Auswahl trifft. Freundlicher Hausmeister und Verwaltung, immer erreichbar. Leider sind Hunde nicht erlaubt.
Preis 720 + 130 CHF Nebenkosten (850 CHF insgesamt). Stromkosten extra. Das Gebäude verfügt außerdem über Solarpanele.
Im letzten Jahr betrug die Abrechnung nur 100CHF.
