Das Zimmer ist hell und freundlich und wird möbliert übergeben. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Top-Zustand und bietet neben einer gut ausgestatteten Küche und einem gemütlichen Wohnbereich einen großen Garten zur Mitbenutzung – ideal zum Entspannen.
Ich (37) wohne ebenfalls in der Wohnung und habe einen kleinen, lieben Hund. Daher suche ich ausschließlich eine Nichtraucherin, die hundelieb ist. Bushaltestelle ist quasi vor dem Haus, bis zum See sind es nur wenige Minuten.
Es ist keine Party-WG – mir ist ein ruhiges, respektvolles und ordentliches Zusammenleben wichtig.
