Schöne, helle Wohnung in einer sehr kleinen und ruhigen Sackgasse, ganz in der Nähe des Wipkingerparks (5 Minuten) und des Bahnhofs Wipkingen (5 Minuten).
1. Stock. (Hochparterre)
Zwei Dachgeschossabteile.
Zwei Balkone, einer an der Küche, einer am Wohnzimmer.
Zwei Besucherparkplätze vor dem Apartmentgebäude in der Sackgasse.
Haustiere erlaubt.
In der Wohnung war kein Geschirrspüler vorhanden, wir haben selbst einen installiert, der übernommen werden kann.
Die Verwaltung ist reaktionsschnell und sehr unkompliziert. Fantastische Nachbarn
Auszugsgrund: Wunsch, unsere Familie zu vergrößern :)
Wir haben einen alten Hund, also suchen wir nach einer Wohnung, die Haustiere erlaubt und vorzugsweise im ersten Stock ist oder einen Aufzug hat.
