Dachterrasse, Küche, Wohnzimmer zur Mitbenutzung. Jede zweite Woche teile ich die Wohnung mit meinen Teenagern 15 und 17.
Keine Mindestmietdauer, kurzfristig oder langfristig möglich.

The room is 13 m², fully furnished, and located in a 5-room apartment on the 5th floor (with elevator). The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood, just 5 minutes from Zurich Main Station (HB).
You will have access to shared spaces including the kitchen, bathroom, living room, and a beautiful rooftop terrace.
Every other week, I live in the apartment together with my two teenagers (15 and 17 years old).
No minimum rental period, short-term or long-term stays are possible.
