Lage: 3 Minuten vom Bushalt Béthusy, 10 Minuten von der Metro-Station Ours, dem CHUV, dem Zentrum Chailly; 15 Minuten vom Bahnhof Lausanne, 25 Minuten von der UNIL, 35 Minuten von der EPFL mit der Metro. Kein Vis-à-vis, ruhig, mit einem nahegelegenen Park.
