Bad und Küche kürzlich (ca. 2 Jahre) renoviert.
Haustiere nach Zustimmung des Vermieters erlaubt.
Kein Geschirrspüler.
Möglichkeit zur Übernahme einiger oder aller Möbel (keine Verpflichtung).
Auf den Bildern wirkt die Wohnung etwas unordentlich, hat aber Potenzial :)
Die Verwaltung ist reaktionsschnell und sehr unkompliziert.
Auszugsgrund: Wunsch, mit meiner Freundin zusammenzuleben.
Wir haben einen alten Hund, also suchen wir nach einer Wohnung, die Haustiere erlaubt und vorzugsweise im ersten Stock ist oder einen Aufzug hat.
