Grund: Das Appartment kann an ca. 300 Tagen im Jahr ganztags alleine von Ihnen genutzt werden. An den restlichen Tagen kann es teilweise auch tagsüber ausschliessloch von Ihnen genutzt werden. Nachts wird es an diesen ca. 65 Tagen jedoch ausschliesslich von mir genutzt, da ich beruflich viel unterwegs bin.
1 Minuten zu Fuss zum See/Promenade/Altstadt/Migros/Restaurants.
5 Minuten zu Fuss zum Bahnhof/Fitnessstudio/Metalli Einkaufszentrum/Coop/Lidl/Denner.
WLan mit Glasfaserinternet, großes Boxspringbett, Couch, vollausgestattet Küche, Tisch, Stühle, ausschliesslich von ihnen abschliessbare Schränke, Badewanne mit Dusche, grosser TV, Waschmaschine/Tumble (im Gemeinschaftsraum) usw.
Die monatliche Miete beträgt CHF 997 + pauschaler Nebenkosten in Höhe von CHF 197. In den Nebenkosten sind alle Kosten wie Strom, Wasser, Heizung, TV/Serafe, Internet usw. enthalten.
Anmeldung in Zug ist möglich. Der Briefkasten ist 365 Tage im Jahr rund um die Uhr von Ihnen zugänglich. Gerne sende ich Ihnen ihre Post nach.
Beim Einzugstermin bin ich flexibel und richte mich nach Ihnen. Es ist sowohl ein sofortiger Einzug als auch ein Einzug in 1-3 Monaten möglich.
