Angestellt in der Stadt Lausanne, suche ich eine Wohnung, um alleine zu wohnen, mit mindestens 2,5 Zimmern, einem Balkon und für eine Miete von maximal 2000.- in den Vierteln um den Bahnhof herum (Präferenz für die Viertel unter dem Bahnhof). Ich bin eine Frau zwischen 35 und 40 Jahren, ich bin im öffentlichen Dienst seit fast zehn Jahren beschäftigt und verfüge daher über eine gesicherte Arbeitsstabilität und ein völlig angemessenes Gehalt.
