Du würdest mit Kerim (36) zusammenwohnen. Er ist in einem Ingenieurbüro tätig und studiert aktuell nebenbei. Kerim mag es eher gemütlich, ist unkompliziert und schätzt eine entspannte, respektvolle WG-Atmosphäre. Wenn er zuhause ist, verbringt er seine Zeit meist mit Lesen oder Kochen und ist immer für ein tiefsinniges Gespräch zu haben.
Gesucht wird eine zuverlässige und ordentliche Person, die an einem angenehmen Zusammenleben interessiert ist. Ein sorgfältiger und rücksichtsvoller Umgang mit der Wohnung wird geschätzt.
Die Wohnung bietet genügend Platz, um sie mitzugestalten oder eigene Möbelstücke mitzubringen.
Das freiwerdende Zimmer ist ca. 15 m² gross und wird unmöbliert vermietet.
