Ich biete ein möbliertes und ausgestattetes Zimmer mit Schränken in einem kleinen Haus in einer ruhigen und grünen Umgebung. 20 Minuten zu Fuß vom Bahnhof, 5 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad. Bus nach Yverdon 350m zu Fuß. Strand in 7 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad.
Das Haus verfügt über gemütliche Gemeinschaftsräume (Küche, Wohnzimmer, Badezimmer) und einen großen Garten, ideal zum Genießen der Außenluft.
Möglichkeit, mit einem Hund zu kommen, nach vorheriger Absprache und Kompatibilität mit meinem eigenen Hund.
Über mich:
Ich bin eine Person, die Ruhe schätzt und eher zurückhaltend ist. Ich suche daher eine Mitbewohnerin mit dem gleichen Geist, idealerweise eine Studentin oder eine ruhige, respektvolle Person, die die Orte und den Lebensrhythmus respektiert. Ich habe eine freundliche, aber etwas reaktive Hündin, insbesondere gegenüber Männern. Es ist daher notwendig, dass die Person keine Angst vor Hunden hat.
