Grosse Fenster mit Rollläden lassen Tageslicht in die Wohnung herein oder machen es nachts dunkel.
Hunde oder andere Haustiere sind erlaubt.
In der Umgebung gibt es viel Natur zum Spazieren, Wandern oder Gassigehen. Der See ist in etwa 15 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar, und bereits nach einer Minute geniesst man einen schönen Seeblick. Die Stadt Zürich ist mit dem Velo in rund 20 Minuten erreichbar, zudem besteht eine gute Anbindung an Bus, Zug und Tram.
Die Wohnung ist rollstuhlgängig.
In der Nähe gibt es zudem Besucherparkplätze. Eigene Parkplätze können bei Bedarf hinzu gemietet werden.
Kilchberg überzeugt zudem durch sehr günstige Steuern und eine hohe Lebensqualität in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Natur und zum See.

It can be accessed through the patio door. Barbecuing, sunbathing, or growing vegetables in your own garden bedeverything is possible. Large windows with shutters let daylight into the apartment or make it dark at night.
Dogs and other pets are allowed.
There is plenty of nature in the surrounding area for walking, hiking, or taking the dog for a walk. The lake is about a 15-minute walk away, and you can enjoy a beautiful view of the lake after just one minute. The city of Zurich can be reached by bike in around 20 minutes, and there are also good bus, train, and tram connections.

There are also visitor parking spaces nearby. Private parking spaces can be rented if required.
Kilchberg also offers very low taxes and a high quality of life in close proximity to nature and the lake.
