Fantastisches Zimmer in Weidikon
Die Miete ist alles inklusive.
Wie auf den Bildern zu sehen, verfügt das Schlafzimmer über ein Doppelbett, Schreibtisch, Stuhl, 2 Schubladen, eine 2-Personen-Couch und Regale. Es gibt auch einen Heizer und ein großes Fenster.
Es liegt etwa 2 Minuten von der Weidikon-Bahnstation entfernt, direkt neben der Wohnung gibt es einen Lime-Hub, sodass die Fortbewegung nie ein Problem ist. Es ist ein 15-minütiger Spaziergang vom Zürich HB und 5 Minuten von der Langstrasse entfernt. Es gibt überall zugängliche Radwege. Es liegt nicht an der Hauptstraße, sodass der Verkehrslärm kein Problem darstellt.
Es liegt neben einer Pizza-/Pasta-Bar, die bis Mitternacht geöffnet ist (hilfreich für einen späten Snack), und nicht mehr als ein paar Minuten von der berühmten Mikeller-Bar und einem Café entfernt, das großartigen Kaffee und Brunch anbietet.
Es gibt einen Migros und einen Lidl innerhalb von 5 Minuten von der Wohnung.
Sie werden mit 2 netten Mitbewohnern (Ende 20) zusammenleben. Wir sind alle gesellig, aber respektieren einander's Zeit und Räume.
Es gibt eine separate Toilette und Bad, die alle geteilt werden.
Die Reinigung ist inklusive und kommt einmal pro Woche.
Es gibt einen Waschraum im Keller (kein Zeitplan - wer zuerst kommt, mahlt zuerst). Er verfügt über eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner sowie Wäscheleinen. Es gibt auch Lagermöglichkeiten im Keller.
Ich möchte ausziehen, da sich mein Arbeitsort geändert hat, idealerweise könnte jemand Mitte März einziehen. Ich bin offen für Gespräche.
