Ein Parkplatz kann übernommen werden, ist aber nicht obligatorisch. Die Verwaltung bietet sowohl Standardparkplätze als auch Parkplätze für Elektrofahrzeuge mit installierter Ladelösung an.
Das Gebäude ist haustier- und kinderfreundlich (in dieser Wohnung haben jedoch keine Haustiere gelebt). Ein Kindergarten befindet sich im Nachbargebäude, drei Kinderkrippen sind zu Fuss erreichbar. Die Nähe zum See und zum Wald ist ein weiterer grosser Vorteil dieser Lage. Sehr freundliche Nachbarschaft mit vielen Familien.
