Au centre dun village , proche du lac , place de jeux , boulangerie , place de Park en bas de limmeuble ( avec disque ) et grand parking à 2min à pied.
cela fait bientôt 6ans que nous habitons la et avons beaucoup apprécié vivre ici.
Le voisinage est très sympa.
Une lessiverie commune , libre en tout temps ( machine à laver et sèche linge ).
Nous avons acheté un congélateur avec les voisins qui se situe à la lessiverie , cette appartement à les deux tiroirs du haut .
Une petite cave complète cette appartement .
Nous souhaiterions libérer lappartement pour début mai.
Loyer 1350.- plus 200 de charges
Total: 1550/mois
