Ich vermiete meine möblierte 2.5-Zimmer-Wohnung in sehr guter Lage am Sternen in Zürich Oerlikon, befristet zur Untermiete. Die Wohnung liegt im 2. Obergeschoss eines gepflegten Altbaus und überzeugt durch ihren praktischen Grundriss sowie charmante Details wie die Stuckatur im Wohnzimmer.

Die Wohnung ist vollständig möbliert und eignet sich ideal für eine Einzelperson. Sie verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett (180 x 200 cm), ein Wohnzimmer mit Sofa und Essbereich, einen separaten Arbeitsplatz sowie eine komplett ausgestattete Küche. Ein Balkon ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Die Waschküche steht zur Mitbenutzung zur Verfügung.

Die Lage ist zentral und sehr gut erschlossen. Der Bahnhof Oerlikon, Tram- und Busverbindungen sowie diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Zweimal wöchentlich findet ein Markt direkt vor dem Haus statt.

Der monatliche Mietzins beträgt CHF 1883.- und versteht sich als Pauschale inklusive Nebenkosten, Internet, Strom und Möblierung.
Kaution: CHF 1500.-

Die Wohnung ist eine Nichtraucher-Wohnung (auch auf dem Balkon). Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt.

**Die Untermiete ist auf den Zeitraum vom 01.05.2026 bis 31.07.2026 befristet.** Eine Verlängerung ist nach Absprache eventuell möglich.

**Furnished 2.5-Room Apartment for Sublet in Zurich Oerlikon**
I am subletting my furnished 2.5-room apartment in a very good location at Sternen in Zurich Oerlikon for a limited period. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a well-maintained period building and features a practical layout as well as charming details such as decorative ceiling stucco in the living room.

The apartment is fully furnished and ideally suited for a single person. It includes a bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200 cm), a living room with sofa and dining area, a separate workspace, and a fully equipped kitchen. A balcony is also available. The shared laundry room can be used.

The location is central and very well connected. Zurich Oerlikon train station, tram and bus connections, as well as various shops are within a few minutes walk. A local market takes place directly in front of the building twice a week.

The monthly rent is CHF 1883.- as a flat rate and includes utilities, internet, electricity and furniture.
Security deposit: CHF 1500.-

This is a non-smoking apartment (including the balcony). Pets are not allowed.

**The sublet is available from 01.05.2026 to 31.07.2026.** An extension is potentially possible by arrangement.
