WG Zimmer zu vergeben
Die Wohnung kostet mit ALLEN Nebenkosten 1280 Franken im Monat.
Das kleine Zimmer vermiete ich für 480 Franken, bevorzugt an Wochenaufenthalter. Es wäre auch möglich, ab Sommer das grosse Zimmer zu übernehmen, welches 800 Franken warm kostet.
Die Wohnung ist wunderschön hell, extrem ruhig und vor der Haustüre fährt die Nummer 5/7 (Bus), mit der Verbindung ist man in 7 oder 12 Minuten am BHF. Die Waschküche ist immer sauber. Es hat drei grosse Trockenräume mit Secomat, und einen Tumbler. Die Nachbarn sind toll und man ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundschaftlich miteinander.
Da ich in Bern mein Doktorat mache, suche ich jemanden, der das kleinere Zimmer ab sofort nutzt und das grosse Zimmer eventuell ab Sommer. Zurzeit noch offen. Bei Fragen einfach nachfragen. =) Du solltest WG Erfahrung haben, einen Sinn für Ordnung, Kommunikation und Freundlichkeit haben. Ich freue mich auf deine Nachricht. =)
