Die Fußbodenheizung, die individuell regulierbar ist, ist im Winter aktiv, während ein Free-Cooling-System für Bodenkühlung im Sommer für Komfort sorgt. Jedes Studio ist mit einem unabhängigen Doppelluft-Ventilationssystem ausgestattet.
Der monatliche Pauschalpreis für Nebenkosten ist umfassend: er umfasst Strom, Warmwasser, Heizung, eine individuelle Highspeed-WiFi-Verbindung sowie einen Abonnement für TV-Kanäle.
Eine Waschküche ist im Gebäude verfügbar.
